The Tecumseh Planning Commission approved two separate motions on Tuesday for a preliminary site plan for a Biggby Coffee on West Chicago Boulevard (across from McDonald’s) and a proposed modified ordinance standard to permit an industrial hemp processing facility for I-1 zoning districts.
