Walter Carlos Breeze
Walter Carlos Breeze, age 71, of Tecumseh died Friday, March 23, 2018 at home surrounded by his family. He was born January 2, 1947 in Mt. Vernon, Ohio, the son of the late Walter and Elizabeth (Zolman) Breeze. On April 25, 1970 he married Catherine Marie Smith and she survives.
Walter worked in machine tool sales and service for over 30 years retiring in 2013. He was a member of the Gloria Dei Lutheran Church.
In addition to his wife of 48 years, Catherine, he is survived by his sons, Matthew (Michelle) Breeze of O’Fallon, Mo., and Ryan Breeze at home; a sister, Rhonda (Ricky) Ricker of Gahanna, Ohio; two brothers, William (Linda) Breeze and Kim (Katy) Breeze both of Fredericktown, Ohio; two grandchildren, Jacob and Emma Breeze and several nieces and nephews.
Cremation has taken place. Visitation was held Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, Tecumseh. A Memorial Service followed at 1 p.m. with Pastor Gordon Peterson officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Lenawee or Gloria Dei Lutheran Church. Arrangements are under the care of the Tecumseh Chapel of Handler Funeral Homes. Condolences may be made to the family at www.handlerfuneralhomes.com.
