TCA presents musical group Humming House Saturday

TECUMSEH — Tecumseh Center for the Arts (TCA) is partnering with the Elizabeth Ruthruff Wilson Foundation and WLEN 103.9 FM to present the musical group known as Humming House to the TCA stage on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. Humming House specializes in folk, soul and bluegrass music, combining acoustic instrumentation of the mandolin, fiddle, acoustic guitar and bass for their songs. Based out of Nashville, Humming House has been featured on the Today Show, and has obtained praise from the Huffington Post, American Songwriter Maga-zine and Blake Farmer from National Public Radio (NPR).

Humming House has played Forecastle Festival, Bristol’s Rhythm & Roots Festival, and the Cayamo Cruise with a variety of country singers and songwriters. Humming House opened the new Music City Roots hall in 2014, sharing the bill with Emmylou Harris and Rodney Crowell.

Tickets are $15-25, and can be purchased online at www.thetca.org, by phone at 423.6617 or in person at the TCA Box Office.
