Richard Raymond Gage
Richard Raymond Gage, age 78, of Tecumseh, passed into the hands of our Lord on July 15, 2017. Dick was born October 17, 1938 in Kalamazoo, MI. He was the only son of Raymond and Zella Gage. On July 29, 1961 he married Iris Cracknell and she survives. In addition, Dick is survived by his true and caring friend, Karilyn Price; his sister Sandra Nicholas; two daughters, Kimberly Niblack and Julie Roberts; and three granddaughters. Never one to seek attention Dick requested no visitation. Cremation has taken place. He appreciated the support of all who helped make these past difficult years more comfortable. A special thank you to Cambrian Assisted Living in Tecumseh and their wonderful staff for their great care and love, and also to Great Lakes Hospice staff and their amazing aids. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church of Tecumseh. Dick is at peace finally. The war relinquished. Lewy Body Dementia did not win-God prevailed. Arrangements are under the care of the Tecumseh Chapel of Handler Funeral Home.
