Pool is ‘a big part of my life,’ resident writes

To the Editor,

The pool means a lot to me. It is like a second home to me and with the millage vote coming up it makes me nervous to think about losing it. Everyone at the pool is like my family. We are close and love to be around each other. The pool is a safe place for me and it is where I can blow off steam and relax. I forget my problems and just swim. The pool is such a big part of my life and I hope that it will not be shut down. I love to be in the pool and if it is taken away it will make all the swimmers very sad. I just wanted to voice my opinion and share the role that the pool played in my life.
