Margaret E. Gebarowski

Margaret E. Gebarowski, age 82, of Tecumseh, died Saturday, Dec. 5, 2015 at Charlotte Stephenson Manor. She was born November 30, 1933 in Britton, Mich., to Fenton and Marion (Downing) Barrett. She married Bronislaw “Bud” Gebarowski on June 13, 1964 in Ridgeway and he preceded her in death on October 9, 2007.

Margaret worked first as a Nurse’s Aide and then in the X-Ray Dept. at Herrick Hospital for eight years. She then worked as a Nurse’s Aide at Lynwood Manor in Adrian, retiring in 1995. She enjoyed crocheting, reading and gardening. She and Bud loved to take motorcycle trips. Margaret was the happiest when she was surrounded by her family and friends.

She is survived by her two sons, Donald (Helga) Maschino of Tecumseh, and Robert (Rhoda) Maschino of Britton; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Bud, she was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Charles Barrett.

Funeral services for Margaret were held on Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian with Reverend Mark Zender officiating. Burial was in Brookside Cemetery.

Visitation was held on Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home, Adrian.
