Luetta A. Osborne
Luetta A. Osborne, age 85, passed away on February 24, 2017 at Cambrian Memory Care under Hospice of Lenawee. She was born to Oscar and Emma (Bartlett) Hehr on October 21, 1931 in Ann Arbor, Mich.
She was united in marriage to George Osborne on January 27, 1952 in Amarillo, Texas and they shared 43 years before his death in 1995.
Luetta was a cook for the Saline Public Schools for many years. Member of Macon Methodist Church. She enjoyed camping, gardening, cooking and baking. Luetta was a thoughtful, caring person who loved her family dearly.
She is survived by her daughters, Gloria (Jerry) Twichell of Saline, Mich. and Dolores (Larry) Lindemann of Manchester, Mich.; grandchildren, David (Shannon) Twichell, Melissa (Brandon) Henes, Jessica and Jason Lindemann; great-grandchildren, Nathan Twichell, Mackenzie and Samantha Henes, Cody and Faith Branner and Delilah Foss.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, George, and sister, Serena Osborne.
Funeral service was held at the Tecumseh Chapel of Handler Funeral Home on Monday, Feb. 27. Burial was at Macon Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Macon Methodist Church or Hospice of Lenawee.
