Judith Ann Short

Judy worked in the banking industry for many years.  She attended the Britton Bethel Baptist Church.  Judy enjoyed flowers, painting and loved taking care of all kinds of animals.

Judy is survived by her husband, Donnie; a daughter, Donna Cannon of Tecumseh; a son, Mike (Anastasiya) Short of Gibraltar; seven grandchildren, Cody, Faith, Carter, Adam, Erica, Emily, and Ethan; and two great grandchildren, Ella and Hayden.  She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 8, 2017 at the Tecumseh Chapel of the Handler Funeral Homes with Walter Hayes and Scottie Witt officiating. Visitation was held on Monday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial followed in Deerfield Cemetery.
