Frederick Norton Filer, Jr.
Frederick Norton Filer, Jr., age 91, of San Diego, Calif., formerly of Tecumseh, Mich., passed away, September 26, 2017, at Sharp Memorial Hospital in San Diego, Calif. Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 7, 2017, at the Tecumseh Missionary Baptist Church, 407, S. Occidental Hwy, Tecumseh, Mich., with Pastor Brian Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Lenawee Hills Memorial Gardens with military honors performed by the Michigan Army National Guard.
Visitation will be on Friday, Oct. 6, 2017, from 4 to 8 p.m. at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N. Adrian Hwy, Adrian, Mich., 49221, www.pursefuneralhome.com.
