Fonda E. Brady

Fonda E. Brady, age 86 of Tecumseh, passed away on October 13, 2014 at Lenawee Medical Care Facility. She was born on February 7, 1928 in Monroe, the daughter of Andrew and Edna (Pickard) Frazer. Fonda was married to Harold Brady, who preceded her in death in 1991. Fonda was a member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Tecumseh for many years. When Fonda wasn’t taking care of her family and children, she enjoyed relaxing with her puzzle books and creating beautiful quilts. Her greatest joy was the time that she spent with her family and friends; she will be greatly missed.Fonda is survived by her children Clarene (Dale) Kinch of Jackson, Freeda (Dave) Maddox of Miami Gardens, Fla., Theodorous (Laura) Palmer of Lake Orion, Cheryl (Ken) Breeding of Tecumseh, Darlene (Jerry) Stull of Adrian and Nancy Howard of Melvindale; 12 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and two great-great-granddaughters, and a sister Vida (James) Saylor of Deer Park, Texas. In addition to her husband, Fonda is preceded in death by her brother, two sisters, and a granddaughter. Visitation will be held on Friday, Oct. 17 from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Tecumseh Chapel of Handler Funeral Homes. A celebration of Fonda’s life will begin at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Philip Krieger officiating.
