Elizabeth Robertson Agler

Elizabeth Robertson Agler, age 84, of Adrian, Mich. left this world surrounded by her family on Saturday, Aug. 22, 2020 at her home. We believe she was immediately greeted by her beloved husband, Roger, her parents, James and Mina (Robertson) Rae, and her brother, William Rae, all of whom preceded her in death.    She was born February 20, 1936 in Buckhaven, Scotland. On June 29, 1957 she married Roger Leland Agler and they shared 44 years together until his death in 2001. Elizabeth was a longtime member of the Tecumseh Church of Christ. She loved travelling with family and friends and was an avid golfer.

She is survived by her daughters, Alison (Bruce) Talbott of Brevard, N.C., Rhonda (Joe Lovasco) Bianchi of Macomb, Mich., and Dawn Gwozdek of Plano, Texas; three grandchildren, Michael (Alexandra) Bianchi of Chesterfield, Mich., Nicholas (Christina) Bianchi of Shelby Twp., Mich. and Sarah Gwozdek of Plano, Texas; one great-granddaughter, Stella Bianchi of Shelby Twp., Mich.; and a sister-in-law, Joan Rae of Centerline, Mich.

A funeral service for Elizabeth was held on Wednesday, Aug. 26, at 1 p.m. at the Tecumseh Church of Christ with Vince Gonzales officiating. Visitation was from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at the church. Burial followed at Lenawee Hills Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to The Dakota Gonzales Memorial Scholarship Fund, Hospice of Lenawee or a charity close to your heart.
