Edith Holmes
Edith Holmes, age 70, passed away December 29, 2017. She was born in Nuremburg, Germany, but moved to Tecumseh, Mich. at a young age.
Edith was the daughter of Wesley and Hildegard (Roth) Holmes. She was preceded in death by her parents and stepfather, Bill Williams.
Edith had a long career at Wacker and after retirement, started her own business, Low Vision. She provided many services at no charge to anyone who requested help.
Edith’s generosity and caring spirit touched many people and causes. She had a special place for dogs and Hidden Lake Gardens. According to her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no services.
Memorial contributions in honor of Edith may be directed to Lenawee Humane Society, Adrian, Mich.
