David Hugh Schulze

David Hugh Schulze, age 62, of Tecumseh, passed away April 14, 2020.

David was born November 17, 1957 in Tecumseh, Mich., the son of Hugh and Thelma (Chapin) Schulze.

He was a graduate of Tecumseh High School and furthered his education at Washtenaw Community College obtaining an associate degree.

He retired from Chrysler Corporation working as a robotics technician.

David had many talents, playing in a band for many years and a love of painting.

David is survived by his daughter, Whitney (Rob Collins) Schulze; brothers, William (Laurie) Schulze and Arlo Dean (Candy) Schulze
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, John Schulze; and  sisters, Sally Schulze and Gurine Smith.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 18, at J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh.

Visitation will be held at 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. preceding the funeral service and will be limited in accordance with the CDC recommendations and the State of Michigan executive order. Burial will follow in Brookside Cemetery, Tecumseh. Condolences to the family may be made online at pursefuneralhome.com.
