BD girls second at cross-country regionals

Britton Deerfield (BD) varsity cross-country teams competed in the regional meet on Saturday, Oct. 25, in Hudson. BD’s (85) girls placed second behind Reading (50) while the boys were fifth (99).Oda Laegran led BD’s girls with a seventh place time of 20:35.3.Gene Dudek placed sixth for the Patriots (17:41.5) while Hayden Ross was 14th (18:20.7) to qualify as individuals for the state cross-country meet at Michigan International Speedway on November 1.
