What’s in a name?
Name calling is never helpful when it comes to politics. Words like “Snowflake” or “RINO” are often tossed about as insults. But what, exactly, do they mean? Probably different things to different people. It all depends upon your point of view.

I am really confused about the issue of abortion rights on several levels.
First of all, we are supposed to have religious freedom in this country. Hence, banning abortion violates the beliefs and practices of the Muslims and Jews, to mention a few, in our country.

Daily our newspapers are filled with climate change weather disasters seldom seen decades ago. Here in southeast Michigan we’ve been spared most of these disastrous events. We do experience greater extreme numbers of precipitation events affecting farmers and flooding communities.
